In order to allow public comments through electronic means during the State of Emergency, citizens who wish to address the Board should notify the Clerk of the School Board via email (agarza@mcpsva.org) with the specific agenda item comment prior to 4:00 pm on the day of the Board meeting. These comments will be read out loud to the Board and recorded in the minutes.
